Health Care Claims
We provide all paperwork and receipts for you to submit for reimbursement to many of the large private health care insurers.  These include but not limited to: Sun Life Financial, Coughlin, Blue Cross, Manulife, Great West Life, Claim Secure (for Algonquin Students), and Student University School Plans (University of Ottawa & Carleton University). 

We are not covered under OHIP, however, we are often covered by secondary healthcare insurance. A payment is due at the end of each visit. We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard and Visa.

We are able to Direct Bill ONLY - RCMP (blue cross) employees. Please present your benefits card at the initial appointment. 

We are NOT ABLE to direct bill any other insurance company or employee benefit package.   We would love to, but the insurance companies don't allow us to.  :(

Note for insurance companies:
After being referred by a Medical Doctor, Pedorthist, Nurse, Health Care provider, or friend, each patient is assessed by a Chiropodist.

Each of our orthotics are custom made in cooperations with a PFOLA accredited lab. 

You do not need a referral to come to our clinic. However, most insurance companies will require a doctor's prescription before Graduated Compression Stockings are paid in full. ​ To dispense compression stockings we must have a copy of the patients prescription on file.
